A change in wording of the MCAA Constitution & By-Laws Article II, Section 2 was approved by the delegates.

During the counting by tellers various members presented informative data on plans for local promotional programs and efforts being undertaken to improve the industry.

Tuesday activities were concluded by the annual banquet and dinner dance held in the Ballroom of the Hilton. Entertainment was provided by Mike Lanin.

The final two sessions of the Convention held on Wednesday morning as the first MCAA Management Clinic, included "Financing for the Mason Contractor" and the "Labor Panel". These meetings produced the most active comment of the entire convention. The Financing section was ably handled by Dee Brown, Dallas, who carried through typical problems which face a contractor during his daily business. Each delegate who attended was supplied with charts and data in a kit that will make it possible for him to review Mr. Brown's comments upon his return home. The final session was moderated by E. J. DiSabatino, Wilmington, Del. and aided by Michael Coco, Herschel Hunt, William Nelson, Jack Holme and Fred Daues.
