Our Association plan pays 100% for loss of life -- 100% for the loss of both hands or feet, loss of sight in both eyes, loss of one foot and one hand, loss of one foot and sight of one eye, or loss of one hand and sight in one eye --and 50% for the loss of one foot, one hand or sight in one eye.
A choice of benefits and rates.
Our plan lets you choose the amount of coverage you want and the annual rate that suits you best. You can choose from $25,000.00 up to $150,000.00. You don't have to settle for less insurance than you need or pay for more coverage than you want.
One rate covers your whole family.
You can insure only yourself if you wish. Or you can cover yourself and your wife. Or you can include all of your unmarried dependent children in addition to your wife. One rate pays for you, your wife and your children regardless of how many you have. You're covered for the amount you choose. Your wife is insured for 50% of this amount if you have no children and for 40% if your children are also insured. Each child is covered for 10% of the amount you pick.
You cannot be cancelled because of age or health.
You can keep this protection as long as you want to have it. You cannot be cancelled because of poor health or age. Naturally, this protection ends if the Master Policy terminates, a member becomes ineligible to participate, or you fail to pay your premiums when due.
Here is what the plan does not cover.
Not covered is loss caused by or resulting directly or indirectly from any one or more of the following: suicide or self-destruction or any attempt thereat while sane or insane; bodily injury, sickness or disease: medical or surgical treatment, except medical/surgical treatment made necessary solely by accidental injury; declared or undeclared war or any act thereof; accidents occurring while serving on active duty in any type of military services of any country or international authority; private flying, military flying and flying as a pilot or crew member.
