Jerry Pope, President of the Colorado Chapter, will provide an overview of his lecture series and manual, which were prepared to assist in the training of mason contractors' office and field supervisors. By using this seminar and manual as a reference tool and training aid, you will be able to better organize your management procedures to meet the challenges of today's market place. The 13 chapters covered in Mr. Pope's manual and presentation range from the competitive bid concept to payment conditions and project close-out.
