Talks then were given by M. A. Pekarek, director, NCR Speakers' Bureau, National Cash Register Co. ("There's No Excuse for Mediocrity"); Neal English, executive director, International Masonry Institute "Masonry Moves Ahead"), and Dick Jackman ("Never Treat Humans Like Relations").

The day everyone looked forward to "Fun Day"-preceded the convention on Friday, January 7, and was devoted solely to golf, fishing and relaxation. More than 100 golfers and 84 deepsea fishermen turned out for the programmed events.

Winner of the golf tournament and the Norton Clipper trophy was Tony Zotollo, with the best score trophy being won by Thurman H. Culler of Ft. Wayne, Ind. Winner of the ladies' tournament was Mrs. Anthony Galan, Port Huron, Mich. The rounds were played on the beautiful Country Club of Miami course with (Continued on page 39)
