HOW TO BUILD A MASONRY SAW
As Good As A Clipper
Rubber top to provide a life-time wearing surface.
Lengthen blade life, "Slim-Line Bearing Housing" to provide full depth cutting.
Start with a good sturdy heavy duty welded steel frame for rugged use.
Get G.E. to build a 3 H.P. (or 5 H.P.) motor specially designed for masonry cutting.
Design a cast aluminum conveyor cart with a rubber vulcanized bed.
Build a "Sta-Level" cutting head that automatically levels at any height whether you're cutting block or tile. But don't try to patent it-Clipper already has.
Develop a staff of engineers and designers which can continually keep you several jumps ahead of competition with such improvements as: "Collar Saver" to eliminate worn blade collars, "Pressure Equalizer Spring" to protect blades and lengthen blade life.
And just in case you've missed anything, we suggest you borrow one of our saws for five days free trial (no obligation). Chances are, you may decide to keep it rather than go to all the trouble of building one yourself. After all, Clipper does have a 26 year head start on you.
