The 2024 MASONRY WALL OF FAME AWARD 

PRESENTED BY THE MCAA and BRICK INDUSTRY ASSOCIATION

The Mason Contractors Association of America and the Brick Industry Association are thrilled to present the 2024 Masonry Wall Of Fame Award. Submissions are now open, and the first award will be given out during the 2024 World of Concrete in Las Vegas. Submission deadline is December 15, 2023. 

The first-of-its-kind national award is designed to recognize those who spend their time "on the wall." Nominations will be reviewed by a selection committee and the award recipient will be invited to accept the award during the 2024 World of Concrete.

The criteria for submitting someone to the Masonry Wall Of Fame is as follows:

1. Individuals must currently or have spent the majority of their career involved in the field installing masonry, with a particular emphasis using brick.
2. Nominations must state the significant brick projects and any notable accomplishments/recognitions of the individual nominee.
3. Individuals must have been or be in the industry for a minimum of 15 years.
4. Submissions will be reviewed and voted upon by the Wall of Fame Selection Committee.
5. The selected inductee must receive the majority of weighted votes to be that given year’s Wall of Fame inductee.
6. Each recipient will receive one customized trophy and be recognized during the World of Concrete.
7. Several high-resolution photos of the nominee, their notable brick projects, and any additional photos must be provided with the submission package.

I was taught by my dad at a very early age. Took over his company at the age of 18. We do all types of masonry and all size jobs. We have 40 plus employees, some that have been with me from the start 23 years ago. I pride myself in doing quality work and finishing projects ahead of schedule. We do restoration or new work, residential or commercial. I take my job very serious, not only overseeing all my projects, but actually still using my tools. I won the SPECMIX Bricklayer 500 competition world's best bricklayer in 2013 and 2015. I strive to be the best in the trade and instill this value to my employees, of which ninety-eight percent I have taught.
