Joseph N. Lucas, technical representative with offices in the Chicago land area, has been selected a Fellow in the Construction Specifcations Institute. Robert J. Davis has bee named General Manager for Sk Corp.'s Maginniss Power Tool Div. in Mansfield, Ohio. The appointmen was announced by Leon H. Basset Operations Vice President for the Chicago-based power tool manufacturer.
