In the business field members will hear a detailed discussion on the ever-present jurisdictional dispute and how they can best protect their interest and that of the Industry. Legal counsel Peer Pedersen and Paul Rosensteel will team up and present "NLRB vs Joint Board."

Joining MCAA's 18th Annual Meeting will be Thomas F. Murphy, President, Bricklayers, Masons & Plasterers International Union of America, and Joseph Moreschi, General President, and W. Vernie Reed, Vice President, of the Laborers' International Union of North America, who will review the status of current programs and bring members up-to-date on industry-labor relations.

MCAA's All-Weather Program, as well as the other cooperative undertakings will be covered in another session which will highlight the need for greater emphasis in the field of practical research.
