We Cover It All
ONE SOURCE-ONE RESPONSIBILITY

In construction film, we cover it all. Poly-America is the one and only source you'll need for clear or black polyethylene sheeting for all your construction requirements.

Our film is strong, economical, and flexible - no splits or tears. It's palletized and banded for safe delivery and easy storage. And we meet FHA, government, military, and PS-17-69 specifications.

Flashing for windows and doors... vapor barriers for outside walls... temporary enclosures and partitions during foul weather... in ceilings and crawl spaces... under slab floors... for all your construction film needs, look to Poly-America, your one source and our responsibility.

est cost. Thus, it appears that banks would wish to make their own disbursement primarily in those geographical areas where title companies are not providing such services.

Conclusion
The construction industry continues to change, and the payment process must change as well if all parties are to be protected and treated equitably.

Lending institutions frequently have far more power in controlling the payment structure than they have exercised in the past. The golden rule of construction lending is that he who has the gold makes the rule. Title companies are providing a system that enables lenders to exercise more effective control for the benefit of themselves and responsible parties throughout the construction industry.
