Mason Contractors
Association of
America
If you are a contractor in the masonry industry, you need to attend THE MASONRY SHOW being held at the Rio Hotel & Convention Center in Las Vegas, February 9 & 10, 2000.
In today's hectic construction market, the most pressing concern for contractors is time. It's tough to be away from your business for any period of time. In fact, if you're like many contractors, you put off taking a vacation simply because you have too much work and too many pressing concerns. But we're here to convince you that if you take one trip or one vacation this coming year, you should go next February to THE MASONRY SHOW.
Your trip to Las Vegas will be well spent relaxing your body while rejuvenating your enthusiasm. The benefits to your business will be apparent upon your return.
No other show is so concentrated into just a few days and so committed specifically to masonry. Unlike other shows where you have to waste time looking at exhibits or some other masonry competitive products, THE MASONRY SHOW is just for you, just for masonry. In fact, our exhibits, our education program, our demonstrations and even our entire social program are for contractors who build with masonry.
It's SHOW TIME in Las Vegas. The main event of THE MASONRY SHOW is the exhibition, nearly 150 exhibits will be on display in virtually every equipment category that contractors need. From scaffolding and forklifts, to mortar mixer and saws, from blades and trowels, to planking and wall ties... THE MASONRY SHOW will have it all on display for you.
The Masonry Show
It pays to go to THE MASONRY SHOW. Many trade shows cost you money to attend, but most of our attendees find that taking advantage of the special offers and by placing orders for equipment and tools on the show floor, thousands of dollars are cut from the bottom line. Although it may cost you a little in air fare and hotel rates, your ROI could be far greater. This claim is repeatedly proven when million dollar orders are consistently placed right on the show floor. Many contractors feel they can't afford to miss attending THE MASONRY SHOW.
What else is in store for you....

Spotlighting the Trade
No trade show would be complete without valuable networking events spotlighting the trade. THE MASONRY SHOW truly is a Masonry Industry Showcase.
The Masonry Skills Challenge is one of the highlights of THE MASONRY SHOW. The Skills Challenge is apprenticeship contest that pits winning first, second and third year apprentices from regional contests across the nation and foreign countries.
In addition to spotlighting future masons, we have a separate contest for the nation's fastest journeymen. This contest pits some of the country's best journeymen against one another in a test of both skill and quality. There are no second chances in this single-heat eliminator.
Another popular event is the Masonry Architect Symposium, which brings architects from around the country to THE MASONRY SHOW where they are exposed and emerged in an extensive program promoting the benefits of designing with masonry. Additionally, the architects that participate in the Continued on page 45
