YOU HAVE A CHOICE OF TRADE SHOWS - BUT ONLY
ONE SUPPORTS YOU & YOUR FUTURE
As contractors, we have so little time. Running our businesses, servicing customers, getting new customers, overseeing job-sites, collecting receivables, making payroll and trying to find quality employees to hire, keep our days unbelievably busy while our nights are filled with taking care of our families. With our days and nights so full, how can we find time to go to the numerous construction trade shows that we are asked to go to each year? As mason contractors, we are asked to go to at least five different trade shows each year, two of which are national masonry shows. Clearly we don't have the time to go to all of them.
So if we actually find time out of our busy schedules to go to a construction trade show, the problem we face as contractors is which one to attend? Which trade show can best help my business? Which one has the most extensive programming? Which one is in the most attractive location? Which one is offered during the best time of the year? Which one are the members of the association going to? And which one is everyone else going to attend?
I believe the choice, as mason contractors, is easy. There is only one trade show where the industry will be meeting this winter and that one show is the Masonry Showcase run by the Mason Contractors Association of America. Masonry Showcase offers everything that, as mason contractors, we need to help run a successful business: an extensive list of educational sessions, a foreman development class, an estimating seminar, a safety certification program, thousands of square feet of exhibits, two skills competitions, a three-day architects symposium, a three-day engineer symposium and a complete program of industry networking events. No other show offers such a diverse and extensive array of programs that can benefit us as mason contractors. And the Masonry Showcase is where numerous local masonry associations from all around the country will hold their meetings... making the Masonry Showcase where the industry will be meeting this February 6-9, 2002 in Phoenix. Mark your calendar!
You should have already begun receiving promotional material for attending the Masonry Showcase in the mail. When you receive the materials, we hope you will agree that attending the show where the industry will be meeting makes sense for you. We believe it makes sense. And we believe that it makes sense for you to bring some of your key employees who can benefit from all of the educational programs that are offered for them as well.
As much as we believe that the Masonry Showcase is the best show offered, there is even more reason to attend our show as well. The Masonry Showcase is the only show that supports vital industry programs and services that support your futures as mason contractors. Since Masonry Showcase is run by the Mason Contractors Association of America, profits from the show help to run programs such as workforce development programs, masonry promotion programs, and codes & standards action that the MCAA conducts all of which help mason contractors and our industry.
So when you are registering you and your key employees to attend the Masonry Showcase next February in Phoenix, you should have the peace of mind to know that you are helping build a stronger future for both your company and the masonry industry.
We look forward to having you join the rest of the masonry industry next February 6-9 in Phoenix at the Masonry Showcase.
