LAST MONTH, WE DISCUSSED HOW INVENTORS ARE MAKING the masonry industry more competitive against other types of building systems (page 34, June issue). Labor is one of the largest expenses for a mason contractor, and many of the advances in this industry involve trimming down on this costly expenditure.
This month, we're going to discuss four new brick and block systems that all aim at among other things - cutting down on the amount of labor it takes to install a masonry system.
