Nissan Forklift Hires Vanden Bosch as Senior Manager, Outside Sales
Nissan Forklift Corp. has hired Charles Vanden-Bosch as senior manager of outside sales. Bringing seven years of dealer development experience with him, Vanden-Bosch is responsible for growing equipment and parts sales as well as growing Nissan Forklift's market share.

SLCC Students Take Home Medals in SkillsUSA
Salt Lake Community College (SLCC) students competed in the country's largest collegiate job skills program at the 2012 SkillsUSA National Competition in Kansas City, Mo. The College had 23 students competing in 15 categories at the national competition. SLCC students won four gold medals, three silver medals and one bronze medal.

SLCC students William Bateman, Herbert Schramm, Michael Perez and Christopher Lewis won the Gold medal for "team works" in Building Construction. SLCC also won the gold medal in the Motorcycle Service Technology competition for the second consecutive year. As it did last year, the College will receive a $20,000 motorcycle from the Harley Davidson company for the Motorcycle and Outdoor Power Equipment program.

Four inductions to the NMIA Masonry Hall of Fame took place during the National Masonry Instructors Association's Annual Conference in July. Gehl Donates Skid Loader to UW-Washington County
A new Gehl skid loader was delivered to the grounds of University Wisconsin-Washington County, in West Bend, Wis., as a donation from Manitou Americas Inc.

The Gehl skid loader is used on the premises to do multiple landscape projects on the grounds of the university. Projects that are used with the skid loader include hauling and spreading mulch, digging out stumps, clearing snow from parking lots and sidewalks, and unloading heavy pallet loads. IMAS
