Everett T Greenstreet III
Everett Greenstreet serves as the President of Senate Masonry, Inc, bringing over three decades of leadership and expertise in the construction industry. His career began by supporting his father’s business, where he took on a range of essential tasks—from delivering materials and processing payroll to preparing submittals and managing office operations. This hands-on experience laid the foundation for his deep understanding of construction management.
A graduate of Florida State University’s College of Business, Everett holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. Upon joining Senate Masonry full-time after graduation, he spearheaded the company’s strategic growth, guiding it through large-scale projects for prominent clients like Giant Food, Safeway, Harris Teeter, Walmart, Target, and Home Depot.
Under his leadership, Senate Masonry has also taken on high-profile institutional projects, including work for the White House, Executive Office Building, Smithsonian Institution, and National Institutes of Health, among many other prestigious government and historical landmarks throughout the Washington, D.C. area.
With a keen focus on quality and safety, Everett has positioned Senate Masonry as a trusted partner in the industry.
