Adam has been employed at WASCO, Inc. since 2004 and currently serves as CEO where his primary responsibilities are creating and managing the WASCO, Inc. vision and managing the yard and equipment. Part of the WASCO/Sneed family legacy, Adam started his career track as a laborer, working up to foreman, superintendent, project manager and COO before landing his current role.

Taking part in building new, key projects is the most inspiring part of his job, and Adam cites Bechtler Museum, Vanderbilt and Belmont as his favorite projects with the company.

Adam is driven by relationship building and providing quality work. When not on the clock, he can be found fishing, spending time at the lake and having quality time with family.
