EZG Manufacturing Announces Mud Hog Auction to Benefit Disabled American Veterans

Words: Thad Skinner

MALTA, OH - EZG Manufacturing has announced an event to benefit Disabled American Veterans. An online auction will take place featuring a customized EZG Mud Hog MH20 Mixer.

"EZG believes that is it important for companies and people to appreciate and support our Veterans who allow us to live normal everyday lives. EZG wanted to find a way to give back and support these Veterans and we believe the DAV organization is one of the top charities serving them," said Thad Skinner, EZG Equipment Sales Manager.

The Mud Hog Mixer coming up for bid is a one-of-a-kind, custom designed MH20 with spectacular patriotic colors and a bold theme that underscores the commitment of EZG and its customers to America's heroes. Like all MH20 Mixers, it easily handles the toughest jobs and is ideal for mortar, grout, and concrete. A "load-low, dump-high" design dramatically reduces labor fatigue. Reversible, rubber-bladed paddles reduce the clogging issues that are common with other mixers.

More than 100 years old, Disabled American Veterans (DAV) is committed to ensuring those who were injured in the line of duty can live a rewarding life. DAV helps Veterans navigate the complex world of understanding and applying for the benefits to which they're eligible. Because the needs of Veterans change as the world around them changes, DAV provides individualized support over their lifetime, based on when, where, and how they served. DAV also helps Veterans make the difficult transition from military to civilian, so they can create a purposeful life through employment, service, or education.

The design of the special MH20 will be revealed on February 15th, 2023. The online auction goes live on February 23rd and closes to bids on March 1st. Non-bid donations are also welcome to this vital cause. Importantly, 100% of money raised through bids and donations will go directly to DAV–the MH20 itself and all the costs to promote the auction are being donated by EZG.

Once the auction begins, bids or donations can be made at https://ezgmfg.com/dav.
