Informational Meeting of the Arizona Masonry Guild featured a panel discussion on Good Masonry Practices. Panel members were Gene Brewer, Architect; Mack Elliott, Engineer; and Charles DeWitt, Masonry Contractor. Phoenix Brick Yard introduced the "Big Daddy," a masonry building block available in 6 and 4 inch thickness. North Star Cement Ltd., Newfoundland, has been elected to membership in the Portland Cement Association, according to Charles B. Baker, Chairman of the Association's Board.

We are all mighty proud of MCAA Past Presidents Raimo, Nelson Daues and Peterson. At the recent 50th anniversary dinner of the Chamber of Commerce of the Borough of Queens, New York, three of the structures built by Stephen D. Raimo, Syosset, N.Y., were Award Winners. (Continued on page 16)
