A featured speaker on the Monday morning program will be Walter E. Kunze, Jr., manager of Portland Cement Association's Structural Bureau. Mr. Kunze a member of a three-man team of engineering experts who recently inspected the damage caused by the earthquake of July 26th at Skopje, Yugoslavia. The purpose of Mr. Kunze trip was to study the seismic resistance of the structures to the violent earth tremors which struck the provincial capital of Macedonia. His report will be graphically illustrated will be of utmost interest to al attendance.
