Joseph N. Lucas, technical representative with offices in the Chicago land area, has been selected a Fellow in the Construction Specifcations Institute. Robert J. Davis has bee named General Manager for Sk Corp.'s Maginniss Power Tool Div. in Mansfield, Ohio. The appointmen was announced by Leon H. Basset Operations Vice President for the Chicago-based power tool manufacturer.

Daniel O'Connell's Sons Inc. of Holyoke, Mass, built the new Southwest Complex at the University of Mass. at Amherst, as a joint venture with George F. Driscoll Co., Inc. of New York, New York. The Gateway Arc at St. Louis will be awarded the AL Henry Bacon Medal for Memoria Architecture. The new manufac uring facility of Omark Industrie Inc., has been named one of the "To Ten" plants of 1966 in the Unite States by Factory magazine.
