MINNEAPOLIS, MINN. - The Concrete and Masonry Contractors Association of Minneapolis at its annual "Trade Season Opener" honored Reinhold Mangni, retired union official for "his excellent record of service in the masonry industry."

Mr. Mangni, who for 36 years served as secretary-treasurer and business representative of Local No. 2, was presented with a Certificate of Merit by Chapter President Chet Sazenski.

Approximately 300 members and guests were in attendance and they heard short comments by Tom Thompson, Minneapolis City Engineer and George Miller, MCAA Executive Vice President.
