William R. Conners Testimonial Banquet

Over 750 persons from every section of the United States and Canada joined with the officers of the Bricklayers' International Union in honoring William R. Conners on his elevation to the office of Secretary, Saturday evening, May 20th, Holiday Inn, Madison, Wis.
