HI-BOND MORTAR WORKSHOP

The entire MCAA Research Committee under the direction of Harry Strauss, Birmingham, Ala., journeyed to Midland, Michigan, on October 12-13, to preview a newly developed Hi-Bond Mortar Workshop being produced in conjunction with the Dow Chemical Company. Joining the Committee were Mason Contractors selected from every section of the United States and Canada so a comprehensive analysis of the program content could be made. Speakers during the meeting were Dallas Grenley, Lou Kuhlmann, Don Dirkse, Rick Prokaski and Gregg Borchelt. For the remainder of 1970 several test areas will be selected and various presentations tried so that during 1971 an effective Hi-Bond Mortar Workshop schedule can be developed for the entire Association.
