Ohio.... Portland Cement Association has added five member company executives to its board of directors. They are: James D. Moran, The Flintkote Co.; R. E. Scifres, National Gypsum Co.; F. B. Smales, Hawaiian Cement Corp.; F. T. Sheets, Southwestern Portland Cement Co., and D. R. B. McArthur, Inland Cement Industries Ltd. William J. Young, Lehigh Portland Cement Co., was reelected board chairman.

Thomas Wheeler of Concrete Products Co., Shelbyville, is the new president of the Indiana Concrete Masonry Association, succeeding F. C. "Buck" Hughes who recently went into business as a building contractor in Indianapolis. S. Ralph Stollmack, vice president & general manager of Crocker Builders Supply Co., Clearwater, was elected 17th president of the Florida Concrete & Products Association at their annual convention at the St. Lucie Hilton Country Club Resort, Port St. Lucie, Fla.... Donald A. Elliott has been appointed assistant general manager of Massey-Ferguson's Industrial & Construction Machinery operations in the United States and Canada. He had been general manager of ICM Operations within the newly formed United Kingdom & World Export Operations Unit. John M. Seago has been appointed finance manager of Massey-Ferguson's ICM Operations in North America... J. W. Waitzman, president of Tractor & Equipment Co., Inc., Birmingham, Ala., has been named to a special subcommittee of the U.S. Department of Labor's Construction Safety Advisory Committee by Assistant Secretary of Labor George C. Guenther. The U.S. regional sales offices of the J I Case Construction Equipment Division are being moved to Racine, Wis, from their present locations at Glen Ellyn, III. and Denver, Colo.
