Immel Construction Co., Fond Du Lac, Wis., was the mason contractor for the St. Lawrence project.
Presenting the awards was David B. "Mickey" Soloff, Jr. of Chattanooga, Tenn., President of MCAA. He was assisted by Donald E. Larsen, President of MCAGC, who recently was elected to that office for an unprecedented third term. Soloff serves as president of Larson & Soloff, Inc. in Chattanooga. Larsen is board chairman of Thorleif Larsen & Son, Inc., Elk Grove Village, III., and Thorleif Larsen & Son of Indiana, Inc.
