Friday evening Clalite Concrete Products Co. hosted a reception for the delegates. On Saturday morning a cowboy breakfast was served in a mountain meadow with the final event being a steak fry with entertainment by "The Trailriders".

A mixed (up) quartet that sang a trail song during the Saturday evening show are: (1. to r.) Steve Dach, Norm Eatherton, Tony Vitale and Jack Oberg.

The conventioneer complained to the waiter that his breakfast pastry was stale.

"Look here," the waiter replied, "our pastry chef was making excellent pastry before you were born!"

"Agreed," replied the diner, "But why wait all of these years to sell it?"
