G. S. "Gerry" Brink has been appointed manager, Promotion Services Division, Caterpillar Industrial Division, Peoria, III. Raymond D. Dayton Sure-Grip & Shore Co., Miamisburg, Ohio, has been appointed exclusive distributor by Cemix, Ltd. for its Miraclefoam and Miraclebond masonry additives. Owens-Corning Fiberglas Corp., Toledo, Ohio, has appointed Gary J. Sullivan as branch manager and Ronald R. Kurucz as commercial sales manager at its Cincinnati branch.

Massey-Ferguson, Inc., Des Moines, la., has announced the appointment of two industrial and construction machinery sales managers: F. E. Gary, who will be responsible for sales in Arkansas and states east of the Mississippi, and A. W. Macleod, who has responsibility for the remainder of the U.S. plus all of Canada. GSA Widens Scope of Art-In-Architecture

Jay Solomon, administrator of General Services, has announced a new federal art-in-architecture policy that includes increased funding. Since 1972 the GSA has commissioned 55 works of art at a cost of approximately $2.8 million for federal buildings across the country. Now projects will be commissioned for existing buildings, making art possible for historic landmarks.

The GSA program will expand the range of building arts to include such items as brickwork, ornamental grills and stained glass.
