Lone Star, Keystone Agree to Purchase Plan

Lone Star Industries, Inc. and Keystone Portland Cement Co. have entered into a definitive agreement for the purchase of Keystone's assets by Lone Star.

Lone Star is a major U.S. and South American cement producer headquartered in Greenwich, Conn. Keystone owns and operates a cement plant in Bath, Pa., with executive offices in Allentown. Pa.
