The official business of MCAA was concluded that afternoon with the Association's Annual Meeting, which consisted chiefly of hearing and discussing reports of the Association's officers, regional vice presidents and committee chairmen as well as special reports. In action by the membership, Charles Miyata of Honolulu, Hawaii, was recommended, pending his approval, to fill the office of vice president of Region H, a vacancy created by the recent death of Oscar Person.

It was announced that the 1986 Conference and Trade Show will be held at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Tampa, Fla., in March, with the dates to be announced.
