Sellick Names Reault V.P.

R. J. (Ray) Rheault has been appointed Vice President-Sales & Marketing, Sellick Equipment Limited, Harrow, Ontario, Canada, according to Walter R. Sellick, president of the firm.

Mr. Rheault joins Sellick with an extensive automotive and equipment background as an executive with Ford Motor Company in North America and Europe.

FORM NEW COMMITTEE

Three of the concrete industry's largest professional organizations have announced the formation of a cooperative program to promote the benefits of precast concrete and concrete masonry for low-rise multihousing projects.

The program is a cooperative effort of the National Concrete Masonry Association, the Portland Cement Association and the Prestressed Concrete Institute. The three associations represent more than 600 leading manufacturers of cement and concrete products worldwide.

The program's objective will be to increase the use of concrete masonry and precast/prestressed hollow-core concrete slabs in the construction of low-rise apartment, condominium, hotel and other multihousing developments.
