COLIN C. MUNRO

President of Colin C. Munro Chartered Masonry Consultant, has some thirty-six years experience in the masonry industry. He's a member of the American Institute of Architects, the Structural Engineers Association of Illinois, the Construction Specifications Institute, the American Society for Testing and Materials, the British Masonry Society and numerous other associations. He's a guest lecturer at Notre Dame University, University of Illinois, Illinois Institute of Technology, Ball State University and the Brick Institute of America.

KEN DASH

KENNETH S. DASH, President/CEO of the National Association of Brick Distributors, established the brick industry's first national sales goal which projects annual sales to be 10-billion brick or more by 2003. Professionally, Dash has been named an honorary member of several construction organizations, was elected to the Board of Directors of the American Institute of Architects, received the AIA Presidential Award and has been honored with the Kenneth S. Dash masonry design scholarships established in his name at the graduate schools of architecture at Catholic University, Howard University and the University of Maryland. He came to NABD after serving as Executive Director of Washington, D.C.'s Masonry Institute and National Marketing Director of McLean, Virginia's Structural Clay Products Institute. The 90s mark his fourth decade in the brick business.

ROBERT VAN LANINGHAM

ROBERT E. VAN LANINGHAM is the Director of Technical Communications for the National Concrete Masonry Association. Prior to joining NCMA in 1980, Van Laningham, with over thirty-eight years in the masonry industry, served as both a Technical Services Engineer and Director of Technical Services for the Eastern Division of Martin Marietta Cement. Prior to that, he was in the engineering department of the American Oil Company as a designer, construction and maintenance superintendent, and Assistant Regional Engineer. A graduate of Johns Hopkins University with a BS degree in Civil Engineering, he also has an MS degree in Management Science from Frostburg State University.
