Have you recently completed a unique masonry project that could be a potential national award winner? See how your projects stack up to the rest, enter your masonry project in the 2001 International Excellence in Masonry Awards Competition. Each entry will be presented in the video awards program the evening of Friday, February 23. The purpose of this program is to give recognition to mason contractors, architects, engineers, and construction customers for outstanding accomplishments in masonry selection, design and construction. The International Excellence in Masonry Awards is the premier national awards program for excellence in masonry. Entry forms must be submitted by October 13. Learn the secrets of Chinese cuisine in a hands-on gourmet Chinese cooking class. Surrounded by gardens in a courtyard lounge reminiscent of the Ming Dynasty, participants will compete in a friendly competition creating Wontons and Vegetable Spring Rolls. Following the competition the Chef will demonstrate secrets of stir-frying with the traditional wok as well as a regular household skillet. When the tastebuds are sufficiently tantalized, a sumptuous lunch will be served.

During a day of oceanic adventure at SeaWorld of Florida, the world's most popular marine life adventure park, guests will have an option to participate in either a Polar Expedition or go Up Close and Personal with the Sharks! Admission to each tour is limited, so reserve your space early!

Reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis.

Polar Expedition: take a chilly trek from the North Pole to the South Pole at the "Wold Arctic" exhibit and then up to the Avian Research Facility. Guests will visit areas reserved for "authorized personnel only" as the SeaWorld Education specialist shows an exclusive view of the polar bears and penguins living space, and meet a Magellanic penguin!

Sharks!: During this in-depth view of "Terrors of the Deep" exhibit, you will learn how SeaWorld aquarists care for sharks and even visit a food preparation room. Guests will enjoy a rare opportunity to see shark pups and even touch a shark during this tour. Fascinating biofacts will be available for guests to handle. Come discover the mysteries of sharks- if you dare!
