Dear JG,

Ascension Properties is currently using the VOBB Blocks in two of our subdivisions, Cypress Point and River Highlands Est.

In Cypress Point the houses start at $140,000. Most of the customers that come to Cypress Point prefer the block construction as opposed to the pier construction.

From a building standpoint the builder prefers the block construction. It costs less to build and creates stronger foundation. The appraisal of a block house opposed to the pier construction appraises for $20.00 per square foot more on the lower floor. It adds value to the total value of the house.

In River Highlands Est the houses start at $250,000. The blocks are used for the foundation of the house and creates a double garage for cars or used as an entertaining area.

I find as a Sales Agent, the block construction creates a much better appearance, adds value to the house, and creates more security for the home buyer.

Sincerely,
Janice Cos leherny
