CONSTRUCTION
Chicago's Historic Water Tower was designed by architect William W. Boyington and built in 1869. Constructed of joliet limestone blocks, the tower survived the devastating Great Chicago Fire of 1871. This is but one of the city's most cherished landmarks that participares in MCAAS Masonry Showcase can visit while in Chicago April 19-22.
