Sauter Elected 2016 NCMA Chairman of the Board

Patrick Sauter is the 2016 NCMA chairman of the board.[/caption] As chairman, Pat will continue the many initiatives the association is currently pursuing. “The association has developed valuable tools for the members and the industry that will be extremely beneficial in the next few years to improve our products’ market share. With so many competing products in construction today, I would also like to see a renewed effort in educating ourselves and those individuals who affect project designs and building codes and standards,” said Pat. Pat is currently Vice President of King’s Material Inc. King’s Material was started in 1882 when William King established a plaster mill. The company entered the concrete block manufacturing business in the late 1970s. Pat joined his family’s company in 2007 as a manager and has continued to be an innovative leader in the company. Since 2009, Pat has been an active NCMA member. In addition to serving on the NCMA Board of Directors and Executive Committee in past years, Pat has also been on the Audit, Convention, Membership Recruitment and Government Affairs Committees and the Young Professionals Group.
