Consider the SPEC MIX D2W WETMIX, it is the ultimate SPEC MIX silo material mixing attachment. Specifically designed to attach to a SPEC MIX G7000 or Ten Bagger silo, this continuous power mixing auger system utilizes a unique array of specialized mixing paddles and agitators. It folds and sheers any preblended cementitious product to efficiently hydrate the dried aggregate and mechanically work natural air into the material for maximum workability.
Running on single phase, 230 504 power, the customized control panel allows for multiple batch size options and remote operation.
The control panel has convenient remote control operation up to a 350 ft. line of site from the control panel. This type of production control allows your laborer to multi-task and be more efficient.
The water pump panel can be supplied by a one inch hose from a standard water supply or can draw water from a water tank. The ability to adjust the water pump panel allows you to consistently control the water to cement ratios.

In the patented mixing chamber, shaft and paddles resist cement sticking to them and the preset wash-out cycle allows the SPEC MIX D2W WETMIX to self-cleanin 2 minutes; there is no need to disassemble the mixer.
