MCAA Membership Committee Chairman Tony DeNegri (left) and MCAA President Frank Campitelli (right) present QUIKRETE with the 2007 Supplier of the Year award.

At the 2007 MCAA Annual Meeting in Las Vegas, QUIKRETE was announced as the repeat winner of the Supplier of the Year Award.

The Premier Suppliers Program recognizes suppliers based on their support of the industry through the MCAA. Stars are granted based on each company's participation within the industry and the MCAA. Suppliers receive one Star for each of the following:

  • MCAA National Associate membership
  • Exhibiting at Masonry Showcase
  • Sponsorship
  • Advertising
Each year at our Annual Meeting, we award the supplier whose contributions to the MCAA totaled the most financial value in the past calendar year with the Supplier of the Year award.

"I am pleased to announce that the 2007 MCAA Supplier of the Year is QUIKRETE," said MCAA Membership Committee Chairman Tony DeNegri, as he presented the award to representatives from The QUIKRETE Companies.

Along with a plaque recognizing their support to the masonry industry, QUIKRETE also received a sign in their Masonry Showcase booth highlighting their 2007 MCAA Supplier of the Year status, and will be recognized on the MCAA website and in the Masonry Messenger newsletter and Masonry magazine.

The Mason Contractors Association of America would also like to thank the other two suppliers considered for this award: FRACO and Non-Stop Scaffolding. Although we could only name one Supplier of the Year, both of these companies also deserve our industry's gratitude for their generous contributions.

Thank you again to all of our Premier Suppliers. The Association and our members truly appreciate your support. We'll look forward to seeing who wins next year!
