Kevin Callahan Passes

Words: Kevin Callahan, Jean CallahanKevin Callahan passed away Feb. 12 at the age of 81.

Callahan served on the staff of the National Concrete Masonry Association for 31 years, from 1962 to 1993, and retired as the VP of technical services. He was known not only for his accomplishments, but also for his good and gracious nature and for making the pursuit of work objectives fun. Callahan was also a member of the ASTM for 27 years, from 1974 to 2001.

He is survived by his wife, Jean, and by seven children and numerous grandchildren.
