NORTHWEST CONFERENCE
TO MEET AT EUGENE, ORE.

Eugene, Oregon, has been selected as the site for the September 22 and 23 meeting of the Northwest Conference. Schedule of events calls for Committee meetings starting on Friday evening. The Annual Business Session will be held on Saturday morning with the group attending the University of Oregon football game during the afternoon. At seven o'clock the annual banquet for the conference will be held.


FALLOUT SHELTER
MOVIE AVAILABLE

A new 14-minute movie entitled "The Dual Purpose Room" designed to familiarize contractors with fallout shelter construction is now available through district offices of the Portland Cement Association. Chapter Officers desiring to use the film for a forthcoming meeting are asked to schedule the film with the local PCA office.


HOLD ARCHITECTS MEETING

URBANA, ILL. The Eastern Illinois Mason Contractors Association was host at a dinner meeting on Thursday, August 10th, at the Urbana Golf and Country Club for architects of the Champaign-Urbana area.


PLAN MEXICO TRIP

Following the 1962 MCAA Convention at the Shamrock Hilton Hotel, Houston, Texas, February 11-14, a post convention tour of Mexico is being arranged by Cartan Travel Bureau for MCAA members and guests. The trip is conveniently divided so those who have ample time can see both Mexico City and Acapulco, while those who desire can return after a pleasant stay in Mexico City. A complete day by day schedule was featured in the July edition of MASONRY.
