Space Saver Saw Horse
One of man's oldest building tools has
folded up. It's the ancient saw horse. An
Ohio inventor has designed a modern-day
saw horse which folds flat for easy trans-
portation or storage and sets up for ac-
tion in less than a minute. The 24" high
x 42" long unit is made of rugged rust-
proof material featuring no-mar, rubber-
tipped safety legs. It will support 800 lbs.,
hang out of the way on a wall closet or
faces. The machines' compact design as-
sures close cutting around posts, parallel
to or directly into wall surfaces.
Avco Felker has published a fully-
illustrated catalog (form 5171) contain-
chorage for joists and securing trusses or
rafters to masonry.
Shipped flat, Anchor Clips can be
shaped to job specifications. In addition,
nailing arms can be bent out of the way
to permit panels to be slid on the wall.

"Modern Concept" Saws
A complete new line of concrete saws
designated the "Modern Concept" has
been announced by the Avco Felker Corp.
Available in six models ranging from 18
to 65 h.p., the "Modern Concept" line
combines a number of major design in-
novations to provide cutting performance
superior to conventional equipment.
One of these is the "Speed Control"
system giving instant acceleration to road
speed up to 200 ft. per min. forward or
up to 100 ft. per min, in reverse, per-
mitting quick maneuvering from one cut
to the next. The combined road and
cutting speed control enables both pro-
fessional and less experienced saw opera-
tors to cut more footage per hour.
More rugged machine construction and
heavy scored rear wheels also help to
maximize traction on all types of sur-
ing complete details of all the "Modern
Concepts" incorporated into its new line
of concrete saws. For your copy, write

Lifting Sling Handles
Lift All Company, Inc. has introduced
a new stone handling sling made of nylon
webbing faced with special abrasion re
sistant facing strands. This sling material
is specifically designed for lifting stone
and concrete. The entire load is lifted on
a layer of heavy facing strands which are
interwoven with the nylon in the center
of the web.
The great strength of nylon combined
with the toughness of the facing material
provides a sling that can lift heavy and
unusually abrasive loads. The stone han
dling slings are available in any length
and design, and are furnished complete
with alloy end fittings when required.
