Southeast Regional Crane Operator & Rigger Skills Competition

Words: Amy Adams kowalskiSuperior Cranes, Inc. in conjunction with M&P Specialty Insurance and Crane Industry Services, LLC will host a Southeast Regional Crane Operator & Rigger Skills Competition on January 17, 2015. The event will take place at Superior Cranes new headquarters in Rockingham, NC. The all-day event includes tours of Superior’s new facility, food, and fun activities for the family.

Superior Cranes specializes in crane rental, rigging, and heavy hauling for industrial maintenance and construction applications in the Southeastern U.S. and beyond. Its fleet includes a full range of equipment from boom trucks to high capacity ATs and crawlers, and specialized hydraulic gantries, forklifts, and hi-rail cranes. Certified managers, operators, riggers, welders, and millwrights are trained to meet the needs of a variety of projects.

M&P Specialty Insurance provides insurance and risk management services for the crane, rigging, steel erection, heavy hauling as well as crane inspector industries. CIS provides training and certification for material handling personnel in open enrollment sessions or on site with hands-on training for operators, riggers, and management.
