Mason Contractors Association of America Supports Elaine Chao for Secretary of Transportation Nomination

Words: Jeff BuczkiewiczThe Mason Contractors Association of America (MCAA) announced today that it enthusiastically supports the nomination of Elaine Chao for Secretary of Transportation. Mrs. Chao is an excellent candidate for the nomination not only has she served as Deputy Secretary of Transportation, she also served as Secretary of Labor during the Bush Administration. While with the Department of Labor Secretary Chao was a great leader and accomplished goals that truly helped the department operate more efficient and effective.

The MCAA looks forward to Secretary Chao being quickly approved by the Senate to lead the Department of Transportation during a time that will undoubtedly include a desperately needed goal to renew our infrastructure. The MCAA stands ready to assist Secretary Chao in any way we can to rebuild America. “In her previous Tenure, Secretary Chao has a proven track record of honesty and integrity, we look forward to building a great working relationship with her in the years ahead” said Jeff Buczkiewicz, President, Mason Contractors Association of America.
