Dayforce Partners With The MCAA Through Exclusive Business Savings Program

Words: Dan Kamys, Rob Huston

Dayforce, the global leader in Human Capital Management software, has partnered with the MCAA to offer a brand-new Business Savings Program to the $33 billion masonry industry. This new program will help companies easily implement a single application to manage HR, Payroll, Benefits, Workforce Management, and Talent within their respective organizations. A portion of the funds from each signup through this program will be invested directly back into better serving the masonry community.

“Dayforce is going to be a great partner for the masonry industry. They are offering a premier product at a special price, and a portion of those proceeds will go right back into our efforts to preserve, support, and grow the trade. We look forward to introducing them to our members over the first three years of our partnership,” said Dan Kamys, MCAA Director of Content.

The Dayforce product delivers the future of people management, including: a single application, scalable software build with a single, flexible rules engine combined with real-time updates and calculations that help address complex compliance requirements, actionable insights driven by real-time data and predictive technologies, AI-assisted innovation focused on delivering a seamless end-to-end experience, and a modern employee experience through the Dayforce mobile app and on-demand access to earned wages in the Dayforce Wallet.

"Dayforce is thrilled to collaborate with the MCAA through its Business Savings Program. We eagerly anticipate engaging with top contractors, showcasing Dayforce's premier HR, payroll, and workforce management solutions. Our platforms prioritize wage parity, on-demand payroll, and continuous calculations, setting us apart in the industry. We're excited to connect with the MCAA community at the upcoming Midyear Event in August and the World of Concrete Trade Show in January," said Rob Huston, Senior Director Global Broker Strategy at Dayforce.

The exclusive Dayforce Business Savings Program will be promoted heavily to members through a mix of Association activities including a large presence during the MCAA Midyear Meeting. Dayforce joins Lowe’s, Malta Dynamics, Yokohama Tire Company, and World of Concrete Business Savings Programs. Details regarding the Dayforce signup process will be announced soon.
