NEW DIMENSIONS WITH STONE
From the land of scenic beauty, sparkling lakes and deep pine woods comes a new concept in masonry construction. Named "Tumbleton" it has been developed and promoted by The Babcock Company, Kasota, Minnesota. Utilizing 'mill ends," primarily waste, and chunks are sized and then placed in a large tumble machine with sand and water with the result being a "glacial drift" appearing boulder.
The processed stone vary in size from three inches to a foot. These boulders can then be installed in the conventional manner or precast into attractive, easy to install, panels. (Continued on page 27)
