MASONRY ARCHES

In the competitive and fast paced construction industry of today, making and adjusting arch forms by hand not only seems antiquated, but is also expensive and time consuming. Most wooden arch forms can only be used once; foam pre-casts must be shipped, stored and disposed of. A reusable new product on the market offers an ingenious alternative that saves the contractor time and materials.

Revolutionary Solution to the Ancient Problem of Making Forms for Masonry and Concrete Arches

"One man is able to create any round or elliptical (basket) arch form in minutes, resulting in significant savings to the builder," according to the inventors. With two arms hinged on an assembly that can move up and down a center pole, any width-height combination for arches from 27" to 67" (70 to 170 cm) in diameter can be quickly set. A flexible and sturdy band anchored to the top of the center pole is easily attached to the ends of the arms to define the curved surface of the form. Integrated scales allow for fast, exact, and repeatable creation of round and elliptical.
