Sakrete Expands Its Partnership with U.S. Mix Co.

Words: Margaret FosterSakrete of North America is pleased to announce that U.S. Mix Co. has signed a new agreement that extends its Sakrete program in the western United States. U.S. Mix has expanded its agreement to produce and promote all Sakrete products in Colorado as well as parts of Wyoming, South Dakota and Nebraska.

Sakrete products include cement and masonry mixes, concrete and masonry repair products, sands and gravels, and asphalt maintenance products. Sakrete products are available in home centers, independent retailers and building material supply yards across the United States, Canada, Mexico and parts of the Caribbean.

“We are very pleased to expand our relationship with U.S. Mix,” said Johnsie Beck, president of Sakrete of North America. “Sakrete is focused on developing new tools, products and innovative programs that enhance our licensees’ efforts to build and promote our brand. U.S. Mix brings new ideas and opportunities that will enhance these efforts as well as expand our product line to customers in the western United States.”

Headquartered in Denver, Colo., U.S. Mix Co. is a key partner in the Sakrete network and has been a licensee since 1968. U.S. Mix has 50 employees and will expand its production to include the full line of Sakrete products at its Denver facility. The company also has a Fontana, Calif. facility.
